Fees are based on the Recommended Fee Structure listed by the Psychologists' Association of Alberta (http://www.psychologistsassociation.ab.ca/site/recommended_fee_schedule). With these guidelines in mind, the fees are set at: $220 for 50 minute sessions
Payment of Fees:
At the conclusion of each session, payments will be welcomed in the form of cash, Visa or MasterCard.
Insurance:
Upon payment, you will receive a receipt for insurance or income tax purposes. Each insurance plan works differently. If you have an insurance plan that covers psychological services I invite you to review the details of your coverage.
Appointment Cancellation:
In the event of needing to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, 24 hour notice is expected. That said, it's understood that sometimes there is a need to unexpectedly cancel on the same day of your scheduled appointment; in those instances, any applicable fees will be discussed at the time of your cancellation. If no notice is provided, 100% of your scheduled session fee will be charged if you choose to not show for your appointment.
